Everything the product actually does

No roadmap items dressed up as features. This is the working surface of the CRM today, grouped the way you'd use it.

Core CRM

The records and how they connect

Contacts

Name, email, international phone, address, avatar and any custom fields you define. Database-level duplicate protection on email and phone within your account, phone numbers normalized so search works regardless of formatting, and an owner plus a creator on every record. Only admins and above can reassign.

Opportunities & pipeline

Deals carrying a money value, a contact, an offering, an owner and a stage. Stages are yours: name, colour, order, and whether each counts as open or closed. Drag a card across the kanban board and it moves; the counts follow. A quick-look drawer shows details, comments and history without leaving the list.

Appointments

Meetings attached to a contact and optionally one of its deals, with a pending → confirmed → cancelled lifecycle. Unassigned meetings inherit the contact's owner. List, day, week, month, calendar and agenda views — and members see only their own.

Offerings

Your catalogue of products and services. Deals point at one, capture forms are attached to one, so pipeline and reporting can slice by what is being sold. Custom fields work here too.

Custom fields

Nine types — text, number, boolean, date, single and multi select, link, phone and email — on contacts and offerings. Each can carry a minimum role, hiding it from anyone below that level everywhere at once. Deleting a field cleans its data out of every record.

Files

Drag-and-drop uploads on any contact or deal, with in-app preview. Type allowlist, 25 MB cap, magic-byte checking, and a virus scan on every single file. A contact's file list includes files from its deals.

Comments & @-mentions

Rich-text comments with attachments that also save as files on the record. Mention a teammate and they get notified. A comment that would leak a role-restricted value is rejected before it saves.

Activity history

A complete timeline per record: every field change with old and new values, plus appointment, file, email and deal events. Shows who did it — including which API key. Fields your role cannot see are left out of the feed.

Insight

Reporting you can defend in a meeting

Dashboard & KPIs

Build your own metric cards — count, sum, average or rate, over deals, contacts, appointments or form submissions — then reorder them by dragging. Preview a definition before you save it.

The important part is how they are measured. A "level" metric asks what was true at an instant; a "flow" metric counts transitions inside a window. So "Won this month" counts deals that actually entered Won this month, and a comparison against the previous period is a real comparison.

Search, filters & saved views

One search box matches contacts on name, email and phone — prefix and fuzzy, digits-only for phones — and every custom field value. It remembers the last ten records you opened.

The advanced filter builder gives typed operators per field on contacts, deals and offerings: contains, comparison, present/blank, and any/all for multi-selects. Save a filter under a name, keep it private, or share it with the team.

Communication & capture

Where the work reaches the outside world

Email

Connect Gmail — personally or for the whole account — and send from your own address. Replies sync back every few minutes and thread against the contact, both in a shared inbox view and in per-contact conversations. Quoted reply text is stripped so threads stay readable.

Forms & public lead capture

Compose a form from standard fields, contact custom fields and file uploads, then publish it at its own link. Optional intro page, custom thank-you or redirect on submit, and Cloudflare Turnstile protection. Each submission matches or creates a contact and opens a deal.

Calendly

Connect once and pick which event types matter. A booking creates or finds the contact, reuses or opens a deal, and adds a confirmed appointment with the meeting link — assigned to whoever hosted it. Cancellations flow back automatically.

Notifications

In-app, email and realtime push, for contact created and assigned, mentions, appointments created and cancelled, and inbound email. Each person chooses which events reach them on which channel, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Platform

Teams, access and everything programmable

Teams & roles

Invite up to 25 teammates by email. Four levels — member, admin, owner and account owner — and nobody can promote anyone above themselves. Deactivate someone and their access is gone on the next request. Users can belong to several accounts and switch between them.

REST API

Create contacts, deals and appointments from your own systems with a bearer token you issue and revoke yourself. Nested contact details are matched or created for you. Every API write is attributed to its key in the record's history.

White-labelling

Set your own site title and favicon per account, and choose which navigation tabs your team sees. Pick the default country for phone numbers once and every new contact follows it.
