Your catalogue of products and services, linked to deals and capture forms.

What offerings are for

An offering is something you sell — a product, a service, a package. Deals point at one, and every public capture form is attached to one, so reporting can answer "how is this product doing?" rather than just "how is the pipeline doing?".

Fields

A title and description are both required. Beyond that you can define your own custom fields on offerings, exactly as you can on contacts — see Custom fields.

Managing them

Creating, editing and deleting offerings requires admin or above. The list supports sorting, search and the advanced filter builder.

Deleting an offering does not delete its deals — they stay, simply no longer pointing at it, so your history and reporting remain intact. Any capture forms attached to that offering are removed with it.

Change history

Offerings are versioned, so edits to a title, description or custom field can be traced later.
